American born Steven Bigler began his life as a world traveler.
Born the son of a U.S.Navy officer, his mother took him as an infant to live in S.E.Asia.
to be closer to the action and his father fighting in Viet Nam. The younger Bigler now living
in Hong Kong found his first words to be Cantonese, rather than English!
Later travel included growing up all over the U.S., N.Y., Texas, Florida, and eventually
back to California for High School and University. His career began to take hold while still
young and in school. Shortly after finishing he was traveling the world again and eventually
living throughout America, Europe, and Australia.
While living in Milano he was represented by Davide Manfredi
(famous as "Helmut Newton's personal agent"), and soon his fashion and beauty works
were appearing in many fashion magazines throughout Europe.
While his fine art and personal works were being featured in the top
magazines such as "not only BLACK+WHITE", Photo, German Foto, Max, Man, and more.
Bigler's subjects were those that he was surrounded by in those days,
including the original supermodels of the 90's; Linda Evangelista, Nadja Auermann,
Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Greta Cavazonni, and Djimon Honsou,
Jimmy Jean Louis, Cameron Diaz, Josie Maran, Amy Smart, Marisa Miller
-and others from L.A.
Today his travels continue, as he focuses on a personal book, magazine editorial, advertising,
select few celebrity assignments, extreme bodysurfing and playing with his dogs.
